Dr. Sam Mabini Young worked with the Leadership Institute (LI) to prepare an introductory program of valuable training resources.  These cost-free or very affordable courses are for individuals running for office, managing a campaign, or supporting a candidate.  Successful campaigns start with people willing to invest in themselves, learn from experienced practitioners, and continuously grow as leaders and advocates. In support of Career & Technical Education (CTE), Dr. Sam Mabini Young started the Guam Association for Career & Technical Education (2015).  Supporting the professional development of CTE teachers and trainers is a key objective of Guam ACTE, while providing a network for fellow educators and businesses to further develop their leadership in CTE.
